The objective
To prepare the Master Plan, quality improvement and any changes, for the maintenance and acquisition of machines, training of personnel and the usual purchase of machines and materials for the care of the course in consultation with the chief greenkeeper.
The course committee has a goal of creating and maintaining the golf course's facilities and flora.
The committee's task is to offer an optimal golf course, with due regard for seasons and weather conditions and financial and human resources.
Key tasks
The track committee's most important tasks consist of:

Description of responsibilities
The course committee is the link between the board and the Greenkeeper.
The course committee is thus responsible for developing the golf club's facilities in accordance with the guidelines and values of the General Assembly and the board.
The track committee is responsible for ensuring that budgets laid out for track maintenance and the maintenance of the machine park are complied with. In the event of budget changes, the track committee chairman must continuously inform the board of the reasons for the change and submit a revised plan.

The track committee holds a meeting once every 2-3 months. month in the season.
Communication
- The track committee must be in open dialogue with the board.
– The committee must consider proposals for course changes and maintenance of the golf facility's equipment and must submit a response to the proposals.
- The committee communicates to all members via notices on the clubhouse blackboard and the club's website.
It is a prerequisite to be able to participate in the course committee's work that the members are active golfers, who are expected to play a minimum of 2 rounds of golf per year. month.
