Work on the pitch
In addition to the day-to-day work of looking after and caring for the pitch, the following is planned:
From July 1 to July 31
- Grass weeding of fairways
- Robotic mowing of the driving range
- Thistles between the 3rd tee and hole 5 are removed
- Grass trials are started. Test areas marked with yellow plates and blue spray on holes 12, 18, 6 and 7.
- Completion of holiday.
From 1 June to 30 June
- Repair of putting green
- Cut hedges
- Grass weeding of fairways
- Greens:
- quick dotted
- Vertical cut
- Sown later
- The top dress
From May 1 to May 31
- Reseeding after winter damage
- Preparation and start-up of the ball machine
- Prick, sow and dress greens and tees with sand
- Extension of transition on hole 13
From 1 April to 30 April
- Godly greens, tees and fairways
- Start-up of irrigation systems
- Renovation of ball pit
- Drainage well in grass piles on hole 3
From 1 January to 31 March
- Trimming fences
- Cleaning of lake at tee 43 hole 14
- Pump water away
- Check lane markings
- Get ready for track opening
- Grind knives for the mowers
- Vertical cutting of greens
- Grooming of fairways
- Lay out summer mats on the driving range
